Pink Ribbon Program is dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle and positive body image to all breast cancer survivors. They will will help stretch and strengthen the shoulder, chest, back, and abdominal muscles, allowing women to regain full range of motion to those areas affected by breast cancer surgery.

Shop Well with You (SWY) is a nonprofit organization and body-image resource for women surviving cancer, their caregivers and healthcare providers.

Lithe Method is a Philadelphia-area studio that uses a program of stretching and strengthening all the muscles in the body, from nose to toe. They offer a class geared specifically for breast cancer survivors called Lithe Pink.
