LympheDIVAs Statement Regarding COVID-19

LympheDIVAs was founded on the premise of helping people manage their disease in both a physical and emotional aspect. Managing health is a priority for us and for those we are trying to help. In light of that, I want to reassure everyone that LympheDIVAs is doing all we can to ensure that the health, safety, and well-being of our customers and employees is our main focus.

As a company, we are doing what we can to allow those who can work from home to work from home. We are also making sure that procedures and precautions are followed in our facilities to minimize risk among employees and in minimizing any risk in our shipping of products to you.

At this time, we will continue to try to meet our 1-2 day shipping schedule, but we can no longer guarantee that. We will do our best to continue shipping your orders out as quickly and safely as possible and hope that you understand the limitations that may affect our ability to do so as a result of COVID-19. Additionally, the service guarantees that UPS and FedEx have promised in the past are no longer active. You can see which services UPS is guaranteeing here, and FedEx has theirs listed here. USPS is still maintaining their general guidelines for delivery times which have never been guaranteed. We have noticed a delay in their deliveries above and beyond their delivery time guidelines, so please be aware of that when choosing USPS.

We will remain accessible via phone, email, and chat on our website. If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We will do our best to respond quickly, but we may take longer to respond than usual.

On a final note, I hope that you and your families remain healthy and safe. We are doing what we can do here, and hope all of you are doing the same. We will get through this together!
