Put garments into a wash bag to prevent snagging.

Wash in the machine with gentle detergent on gentle cycle using lukewarm or cold water.

Dry garments in the dryer on low heat setting until fully dry.
WARNING! Do not use any laundry additives, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets when laundering compression garments. When drying in the machine be sure not to use excessive heat or prolonged dry time.
