DUTY, TAXES, AND IMPORT CHARGES

It's important to note that we do not collect value-added tax (VAT), duties, or taxes. Each country has its own unique tax and duties policies, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. We encourage you to contact your local post or customs office for more information to avoid misunderstandings. Please get in touch with your local customs office directly if you believe you've been wrongly charged duty or taxes.

It's important to know that USPS INTERNATIONAL packages may take 4-6 weeks to be processed through international customs. During this time, we may not have tracking information for the packages. Please note that we will not refund shipping costs for packages delayed when shipped with USPS International. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend using FedEx International.

BROKERAGE FEES

International shipping carriers may charge a brokerage fee at the time of delivery. We cannot collect this fee upfront; it is the recipient's responsibility. If you need clarification on whether a brokerage fee may apply to your shipment, please contact the shipping company to determine any applicable fees.
