Shipping Information

We ship Monday through Friday from our Dalton, Massachusetts office to US and international address, including PO boxes and APO/FPO (MPO) addresses.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We ship during our standard operating hours from our Dalton, Massachusetts office to US and international address, including PO boxes and APO/FPO (MPO) addresses.
  • All in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from order receipt. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

US STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Really Fast 2-Day shipping orders placed before 12PM ET M-F are shipped the same day via FedEx 2-Day or USPS Priority depending on the destination.

  • All US orders over $200 ship free.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer a variety of international shipping options from United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx; select the best choice for you at checkout..

DUTY, TAXES, AND IMPORT CHARGES
We do not collect Value Added Tax (VAT), duties, or taxes. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be, as each country’s tax and duties policies vary. For more information regarding your country’s customs, duty, and tax policy, please contact your local post or customs office. If you think you’re wrongfully charged duty or taxes on your purchase, please contact your local customs office directly.
 
USPS INTERNATIONAL packages may take 4-6 weeks to be processed through international customs. We have no control and may not have tracking information for packages as they go through this process. We will not refund shipping costs for packages delayed when shipped with USPS International. For time sensitive deliveries, please use FedEx International. 
 
BROKERAGE FEES

International shipping carriers may charge a brokerage fee at the time of delivery. We do not have the ability to collect this fee up front and it is the responsobility of the recipient. If you're unsure if a brokerage fee may apply to your shipment, please contact the shipping company directly to determine any applicable fees.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If you refuse delivery of your order due to duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applicable to your shipment prior to delivery. Your order will be refunded upon return less the shipping cost charged to the company to return the items.

US EXPEDITED SHIPPING

 

  • We offer a variety of other shipping options through USPS and FedEx. You can review your shipping options at checkout to determine the best choice for you.  

  • If you place an expedited order during the weekend or a holiday, it will ship the next business day.
