Shipping Policy
We ship from our Dalton, Massachusetts office Monday through Friday to U.S. and international addresses, including PO boxes and APO/FPO (MPO) addresses. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Order Processing Times

Standard Shipping Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)

Expedited Shipping Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.

We offer a variety of shipping options through USPS and FedEx, including discounted expedited shipping:

International Shipping
We ship worldwide using USPS and FedEx international services. At checkout, you can choose the shipping method that best meets your needs.
Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
We do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes at checkout. Each country has its own import policies, and any fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. We encourage customers to contact their local customs office for more information before placing an order.
If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged duties or taxes, please contact your customs office directly.
Note: USPS International shipments may take 4–6 weeks to clear customs. During this period, tracking may be limited. We do not refund shipping costs for USPS International packages that are delayed. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend selecting FedEx International at checkout.
