General Shipping Information
LympheDIVAs ships five days a week (Monday through Thursday) from our Pittsfield, Massachusetts office to any US or international address, including PO boxes and APO/FPO (MPO) addresses.
All in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from order receipt. We process orders between Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 6 PM ET. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Standard Shipping (US)
We ship Standard Shipping orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on the package weight, the items are shipped either USPS First Class for packages under 13oz (less than five items) or FedEx 2Day for packages over 13oz (more than five items). The Standard Shipping rate is $5 for all orders less than $100, all US orders over $100 ship free.
Free Shipping (US)
All US orders of $100 or more receive free Standard Shipping.
Budget 2Day Shipping
The rate for Budget 2Day shipping is $10 for up to 10 items, $20 for up to 20 items and, $40 for up to 30 items. Orders ship within 1-2 business days via FedEx 2Day.
International Shipping
We offer a variety of international shipping options; please select the best choice for you at checkout.
Duty, Taxes, Import Charges
We do not collect Value Added Tax (VAT), duties or taxes. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be, as each country’s tax and duties policies vary. For more information regard your country’s customs, duty, and tax policy, please contact your local post or customs office. If you think you’re wrongfully charged duty or taxes on your purchase, please contact your local customs office directly.
Brazil Shipping Requirements
All orders shipping to Brazil require a tax ID number to be processed at customs. Please include the CPF number in the "Company" field at checkout. The CPF number must be formatted as follows: 3 groups of 3 numbers separated by a period, and then a dash followed by the final 2 numbers.

We offer a variety of alternative shipping options through UPS and FedEx. You can review your shipping options at checkout to determine the best choice for you.
Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited shipping. All expedited shipping orders placed before 1 pm EST during business operations ship the same day. If you place an expedited order during the weekend or a holiday, it will ship the next business day.
