Lymphedema is chronic swelling caused by a buildup of lymphatic fluid, often after lymph nodes are removed or damaged — for example, following breast cancer treatment. Wearing medical-grade graduated compression garments is one of the most common ways to manage and control this swelling. LympheDIVAs makes graduated compression sleeves, gauntlets, gloves, and socks designed to help you manage lymphedema and lymphedema risk in comfort and style. LympheDIVAs was founded in 2006 by young breast cancer survivors who wanted a compression garment they would actually want to wear. Every garment is made to order in the USA and comes in 75+ colors and patterns, with seamless, breathable, moisture-wicking fabric and 4-way stretch — plus our latex-free, silicone-free DIVA Diamond Band to help keep sleeves in place. You get true medical-grade graduated compression with the look and feel of a fashion accessory.

Are LympheDIVAs garments medical-grade and made in the USA?
Yes. Every LympheDIVAs garment is made to order in the USA with medical-grade graduated compression. Sleeves, gauntlets, and gloves are available in 20–30 mmHg and 30–40 mmHg, and compression socks are also available in 15–20 mmHg.
Do I need a prescription to buy a compression sleeve?
No, you don't need a prescription to purchase LympheDIVAs garments online. We do recommend consulting your doctor or lymphedema therapist to confirm the right compression level for you — and a prescription may be required if you plan to seek insurance reimbursement.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my LympheDIVAs size?
Measure with a tape measure rather than going by your usual clothing size — compression sizing differs from brand to brand. Our Sizing Guide walks you through every measurement and size range so you can find your just-right fit. 💜
What compression level (mmHg) do I need?
LympheDIVAs sleeves, gauntlets, and gloves come in 20–30 mmHg and 30–40 mmHg, and compression socks are also available in 15–20 mmHg. The right level depends on your individual needs and should be recommended by your doctor or lymphedema therapist. If you're not sure, give us a call and we'll help point you in the right direction.
What should I do if I'm between sizes?
If you're between sizes, reach out before you order and our fitting experts will help you land on the perfect size. For the most accurate measurements, it helps to have a lymphedema therapist, fitter, or a trusty friend lend a hand. 💜
What's the difference between "short" and "long" lengths?
For sleeves and socks, "short" means under 43 cm and "long" means over 43 cm in length. Our Sizing Guide shows you exactly where to measure so there's no guesswork.

Orders, Shipping & Tracking

How soon will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, though during busy times processing can take 3–5 business days. We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays); orders placed after 12 PM ET on Friday or over the weekend begin processing the following Monday. Expedited orders (3rd day, 2nd day, or overnight) ship the same day if placed by noon ET, or the next business day if after noon.
How much does shipping cost, and is it free?
U.S. standard shipping is FREE on orders $100+ and arrives in 5–7 business days; for orders under $100 it's calculated at checkout. Expedited (1–3 business days) and Overnight/Priority (1 business day) options are also available at checkout.
Does LympheDIVAs ship internationally?
Yes! Duties and taxes are prepaid right at checkout, so there are no surprise customs fees when your package lands. 🌍 Canada ships at a flat $15 — and it's free over $250. One quick note: we can't ship to international P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical street address.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, then a second email with your tracking number once it ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating, or check anytime by logging into your account.
What should I do if my package is stuck or delayed?
If your international order hasn't moved for 14+ business days, email us at info@lymphedivas.com and we'll work with our carrier to track it down.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Since most orders ship within 1–2 business days, call us right away at 866-411-3482 during business hours and we'll do our best to catch it before it leaves our hands.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If you're not 100% satisfied, return your garment within 60 days for a full refund — and standard return shipping is free for U.S. addresses. Please note that "Final Sale" items can't be returned or exchanged.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Visit our Returns Portal to exchange for a different size in the same color or pattern. Log in with your order number and email, choose your item and reason, and submit. U.S. customers can ship it back with a prepaid return label. 💜
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and is processed, we'll refund your original payment method (or issue store credit, if you prefer). Refunds usually take about 7–10 business days to appear on your statement.
What if my garment has a defect?
Report any manufacturing defect within 14 days of purchase through our Returns Portal. We stand proudly behind our medical-grade garments — even Final Sale items are covered if a defect is reported within 14 days.
Do international customers get free returns?
No — for international orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original duties and taxes aren't refundable by us, but you may be able to claim a duty refund directly from your country's customs authority for returned goods.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I use my HSA or FSA to buy compression garments?

When will an out-of-stock color or pattern come back?
Because our garments are made to order, availability can shift from time to time. Tap the back-in-stock notification right on the product page and we'll email you the moment your color or pattern returns.

Product Care

How do I wash and care for my compression garments?
Place your garment in a delicates bag and machine wash on the delicates cycle with an additive-free detergent. Then dry it (still in its delicates bag) on low heat until completely dry. 💜
How long do compression garments last, and when should I replace them?
With regular wear, LympheDIVAs garments typically last about 4–6 months, and rotating several at a time can extend that even further. It's time to replace your garment when it no longer snaps back into shape after a proper wash, or when it no longer feels snug — those are the real signs that the compression is wearing down.

Insurance, Wholesale & Getting Help

Does insurance cover LympheDIVAs garments?
In many cases, yes! Visit our Insurance page to learn how to bill through a DME supplier, file for reimbursement yourself (HCPCS codes and our Tax ID are included), and put your HSA/FSA dollars to work.
