We're Hiring
Production Associate
About Us
LympheDIVAs was founded in 2006 by two women frustrated that compression garments were rough, heavy, and anything but beautiful. Twenty years later, we're still on a mission to create medical compression garments that people are actually proud to wear — designed for women and men living with lymphedema, made with real style and comfort in mind. We're a small, proudly American-made business based in Dalton, MA.

We're growing, and we're looking for a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll help take our garments from intake through quality testing, printing, and packaging, all the way to a customer's door. We're a small team, so your work here has real, visible impact.
We take care of our people the way we take care of our customers: with respect. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us in an environment where every voice is heard and good ideas are welcome, wherever they come from. As you build your skills and take on more responsibility, your pay grows with you.
