If you’ve landed here, you likely purchased one of our fashionable lymphedema sleeves or are considering it. Thank you for choosing LympheDIVAs! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with the fit, comfort, and style of your compression garment. If it isn't perfect, rest assured we will make it right.

• Return Window: Returns and exchanges on compression garments are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
• Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and processed at our facility.
• Easy Exchanges: Using our Returns Portal, you may easily exchange your compression garment for a different size in the same color or pattern to ensure the perfect medical fit.
• Free US Shipping: We provide a complimentary prepaid shipping label for all US-based returns.

International Customers

Due to varying import/export regulations, we are unable to provide complimentary prepaid return labels for our global customers. International customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging compression products.

Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

We apologize if you have received a compression sock, sleeve, glove, or gauntlet with a manufacturing defect. We stand by the quality of our medical-grade garments and will make it right.

• Reporting Window: Please report all defects regarding your compression wear within 14 days of purchase.
• Process: Follow the standard return instructions below to initiate your claim.
• Final Sale Exceptions: Final sale items that are found to be defective are eligible for return as long as they are reported within 14 days of purchase.

How to Cancel Your Order

You may edit or cancel your compression garment order at any time prior to shipment.

• Fast Shipping: Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, but many ship within just a few hours.
• Contact Us: Please call us - 866-411-3482 - immediately during business hours to cancel or amend your order before it leaves our office.

How to Return or Exchange Your Compression Garment

To initiate a return or exchange for your arm sleeve, glove, or gauntlet, please utilize our streamlined Returns Portal.

1. Log In: Enter your order number and account email in the Returns Portal. You can find your order number on your packing slip, in your confirmation email, or by viewing your order history in your account.
2. Select Items: Indicate which compression item you are returning or exchanging, the quantity, and the reason. While not required, we do recommend to upload photos if you need us to review a specific quality issue.
3. Submit Request: Submit your request for approval. We typically approve requests within 1-2 business days.
4. Print Label: Once approved, US customers can download and print a prepaid return label.
5. Pack & Ship: Securely pack your garment in a padded envelope or small box and mail it back to us.
6. Processing: We will notify you when we receive your return and again when your exchange or refund is processed. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.

Please do not send unauthorized returns. We cannot correctly identify or refund items sent without prior approval through our portal.
