We are dedicated to providing the best medical compression wear on the market. If you are not 100% satisfied with your compression sleeve, gauntlet, glove, or sock, here’s what you can expect:

  • Return Window: Returns and exchanges on all compression garments are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
  • Full Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and processed.
  • Easy Exchanges: Use our Returns Portal to exchange for a different size in the same color or pattern.
  • Free US Return Shipping: We provide a complimentary prepaid shipping label for all US-based returns.
  • Final Sale: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

🔄 How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, use our Returns Portal:

  1. Log InEnter your order number and account email at lymphedivas.returnscenter.com.
  2. Select Your ItemsChoose which garment you’re returning or exchanging, the quantity, and the reason.
  3. Submit Your RequestWe review and approve most requests within 1–2 business days.
  4. Print Your LabelUS customers: once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label.
  5. Pack & ShipSecurely pack your garment and drop it in the mail.
  6. We’ll Take It From HereWe’ll notify you when your return arrives and when your refund or exchange is processed. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days.

Please do not send unauthorized returns. Items sent without prior approval through our portal cannot be correctly identified or refunded.

⚡ How to Cancel Your Order

You may edit or cancel your order at any time before it ships.

🔍 Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of every garment we make and will absolutely make it right.

  • Report within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • How to report: Use the standard Returns Portal — select the defective item and describe or photograph the issue.
  • Final Sale included: Final Sale items with confirmed manufacturing defects are eligible for return if reported within 14 days.

🌍 International Customers

We are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international shipments. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🇪🇺 EU Customers: Your Right of Withdrawal

If you’re located in the European Union, you have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your last item for any reason. Our 60-day return window already exceeds this minimum.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item — or proof of return shipment — we will issue a full refund within 14 days. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions

  • Custom or personalized garments produced to a specific design or configuration you requested
  • Items clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
