We ship all orders from our headquarters in Dalton, Massachusetts, Monday through Friday. We proudly serve customers across the United States and internationally, delivering to street addresses, PO boxes, and APO/FPO (MPO) addresses. As soon as your medical compression wear leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Order Processing Times

We know you are eager to receive your new compression garments. Here is when you can expect your order to be processed:

• Standard Shipping Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Expedited Shipping Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.

International Shipping

We are proud to support the global lymphedema community! We ship our compression sleeves, socks, gauntlets, and gloves worldwide using USPS and FedEx International services. At checkout, you can select the shipping method that best fits your timeline and budget.

Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

To keep our shipping process transparent, please note that we do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes at checkout. Each country has its own import policies regarding medical garments, and any fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

We encourage our international customers to contact their local customs office for specific information before placing an order. If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged duties or taxes on your compression wear, please reach out to your customs office directly.

Important Note on International Delivery:

• USPS International shipments may take 4–6 weeks to clear customs. Tracking may be limited during this time.
• Because these are essential items, we do not refund shipping costs for USPS International packages that are delayed.
• For time-sensitive deliveries of your lymphedema management products, we highly recommend selecting FedEx International at checkout for a faster and more trackable experience.
