How Prepaid Duties & Taxes Work
When you shop at lymphedivas.com from outside the United States, our checkout automatically calculates the import duties and taxes required by your country. These charges are added to your order total and collected by LympheDIVAs at the time of purchase.
This means:
• No unexpected bills from customs when your package arrives
• No holding fees or delays at your country's border
• Faster delivery — packages clear customs more smoothly when duties are prepaid
• Full price transparency — what you see at checkout is what you pay, period
International Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and the shipping method you choose. Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, local holidays, or carrier conditions outside our control.
Customs & Import Information
LympheDIVAS ships all international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. As the importer of record, our logistics partner collects and remits the appropriate duties and taxes to your country's customs authority on your behalf.
You do not need to take any action at customs. Your package will be released directly to your carrier for final delivery once it clears customs processing.
Note: In rare cases, certain countries may assess additional local fees or taxes that are outside our control and not included in the prepaid amount.
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM ET on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account on our website.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
For international orders, tracking updates may be less frequent once the package leaves the United States and enters your country's postal system. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your LympheDIVAs products. If something isn't right, our return and exchange policy is here to help.
• Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase.
• Custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Returns Portal.
Please note: Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable by LympheDIVAs; however, you may be eligible to claim a duty refund directly from your country's customs authority for returned goods.

Your order total now includes applicable duties and taxes, which were previously collected at the time of delivery by your country's customs authority. The overall cost is the same — we've simply moved when you pay it, so there are no surprises at your door.
Which countries are eligible for prepaid duties and taxes?
Prepaid duties and taxes apply to all countries we ship to internationally. The specific rate depends on your country's import regulations and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I receive a receipt or documentation for the duties paid?
Yes. Your order confirmation and shipping documentation will reflect the duties and taxes collected. This documentation may be useful if you need to file for a customs refund when returning an item.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes internationally?
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
What if my package is lost or stuck in customs?
If your tracking shows no movement for 14 or more business days please contact us at info@lymphedivas.com. We will work with our carrier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
