Sizing & Fit
How do I find my perfect size?
Here's a little secret: compression sizing is totally different from brand to brand, so please don't go by your usual size — grab a tape measure instead! Our Sizing Guide walks you through every measurement and size range so you can find your just-right fit.
Help! I'm between sizes — what do I do?
Don't stress, we've got you. Reach out before you order and our fitting experts will help you land on the perfect size. For the most accurate numbers, it helps to have a lymphedema therapist, fitter, or a trusty friend lend a hand. 💜
What's the difference between "short" and "long"?
Great question! For sleeves and socks, "short" means under 43 cm and "long" means over 43 cm in length. Our Sizing Guide shows you exactly where to measure so there's no guesswork.
Orders, Shipping & Tracking
How soon will my order ship?
We love getting your DIVAs to you fast! Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, though during busy times it can take 3–5 business days to process. We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), and orders placed after 12 PM ET on Friday or over the weekend start processing the following Monday. Need it sooner? Expedited orders (3rd day, 2nd day, or overnight) ship the same day if your order comes in by noon ET — or the next business day if it's after noon.
How much is shipping — and is it free?
Good news: U.S. standard shipping is FREE on orders $200+ (otherwise it's calculated at checkout) and arrives in 5–7 business days. In a hurry? Expedited (1–3 business days) and Overnight/Priority (1 business day) are ready and waiting at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do — hello, DIVAs around the world! 🌍 Duties and taxes are now prepaid right at checkout, so there are zero surprise customs fees when your package lands. Canada ships at a flat $15 (and it's free over $300!). One quick note: we can't ship to international P.O. boxes, so please pop in a physical street address.
How do I track my order?
We'll keep you in the loop! You'll get a confirmation email when you place your order, then a second email with your tracking number once it ships. Give it 24–48 hours to start updating, or peek at it anytime by logging into your account.
My package seems stuck — what now?
Hang tight, we'll help you sort it out. If your international order hasn't budged for 14+ business days, just email us at info@lymphedivas.com and we'll team up with our carrier to track it down.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
Absolutely — as long as it hasn't shipped yet! Since most orders fly out within 1–2 business days, give us a ring right away at 866-411-3482 during business hours and we'll catch it before it leaves our hands.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love your garment. If you're not 100% smitten, send it back within 60 days for a full refund — and standard return shipping is on us for U.S. addresses! Just a heads-up: "Final Sale" items can't be returned or exchanged.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Easy peasy! Head to our Returns Portal to swap for a different size in the same color or pattern. Log in with your order number and email, pick your item and reason, and submit. U.S. customers can choose to ship it back with a prepaid return label. 💜
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and is processed, we'll pop your refund back onto your original payment method (or store credit, if you prefer!). It usually takes about 7–10 business days to show up on your statement.
My garment has a defect — what now?
Oh no — let's make it right! Please report any manufacturing defect within 14 days of purchase through our Returns Portal. We stand proudly behind our medical-grade garments, and yes — even Final Sale items are covered if a defect is reported within 14 days.
Do international customers get free returns?
Not quite — for international orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original duties and taxes aren't refundable by us, but you may be able to claim a duty refund straight from your country's customs authority for returned goods.

What payment methods do you accept?
Lots of options to make checkout a breeze! Major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, and more — plus HSA/FSA payments through TrueMed.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Products & Availability
My favorite color is out of stock — when's it coming back?
We know the wait is hard! Tap the back-in-stock notification right on the product page and we'll email you the moment it returns. Since our garments are made to order, availability can shift from time to time.
Are your garments medical-grade?
You bet! Every LympheDIVAs garment is made to order in the USA with medical-grade graduated compression, available in 15–20 mmHg, 20–30 mmHg, and 30–40 mmHg.
Product Care
How do I wash and care for my garments?
Treat your DIVAs with a little love and they'll love you right back! Pop your garment into a delicates bag and machine wash on the delicates cycle with an additive-free detergent. Then place the garment (still in its delicates bag) in the dryer on low heat until completely dry. Easy! 💜
How long does a garment last, and when should I replace it?
With regular wear, your garments typically last about 4–6 months — and rotating a few at a time can stretch that even further! It's time for a fresh one when your garment no longer snaps back into shape after a proper wash, or when it just doesn't feel snug anymore. So while 4–6 months is a handy guide, the real tell is watching for those signs of compression wearing down.
Insurance, Wholesale & Getting Help
Does insurance cover my garments?
In many cases, yes! Hop over to our Insurance page to learn how to bill through a DME supplier, file for reimbursement yourself (HCPCS codes and our Tax ID included!), and put your HSA/FSA dollars to work.
I'm a clinic, DME, or retailer — can I carry LympheDIVAs?
