Made for real days

You don't need a diagnosis to want legs that feel better at the end of the day. Graduated compression is snuggest at the ankle and eases off up the leg, which helps keep blood and fluid moving instead of settling in your feet and ankles.

On your feet all dayNurses, teachers, stylists, retail and restaurant crews. For legs that feel heavy and achy by the end of a shift.
Sitting for hoursDesk days, long drives and back-to-back meetings, when your ankles feel puffy by dinner.
Travel daysFlights and road trips where you can't get up and move much. Read our guide to compression socks for flying.
Walks, workouts and recoveryA comfortable, supportive pair for long walks, gym days and the hours after a big run or hike.

Which compression level is right for you?

New to compression? Most people start with 15-20 mmHg. Read our full guide to compression levels.

Best place to start15-20 mmHgLight, everyday support for tired legs, long days on your feet, sitting for hours and travel.
20-30 mmHgFirmer support for people who already wear compression and want more, or whose doctor has suggested it.
30-40 mmHgOur firmest level, for medical needs. Please choose it only when your doctor or therapist recommends it.

Find your size in two minutes

  1. Stand up and grab a soft tape measure. Centimeters give the most accurate fit, and a friend makes it easier.
  2. Measure your ankle at its narrowest point above the ankle bone, and your calf at its fullest point below the knee.
  3. Match your numbers to our size chart. Between sizes? Write to us and we'll help you choose.

Questions we hear a lot

Do I need a prescription?

No prescription is needed to order from us. 15-20 mmHg is a good everyday level for most people. If you have a medical condition, or you're thinking about 30-40 mmHg, talk with your doctor first.

Is compression safe for everyone?

Most people can wear light compression comfortably. If you have circulation problems in your legs, diabetes with numbness in your feet, or a skin condition on your legs, check with your doctor before wearing compression socks.

How long can I wear them?

Put them on in the morning and take them off at bedtime. If they ever feel painful, tingly or too tight, take them off.

Open toe or closed toe?

Closed toe looks and feels like a regular sock. Open toe is great if you like wearing sandals or have toes that run warm. Every pattern comes both ways.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?
