High-Tech American Knitting

Our compression garments were created by two women with lymphedema who wanted to develop a medical-grade garment they would actually want to wear. To achieve this, we utilize the latest cutting-edge knitting technology right here in the USA.

• Advanced Yarn Technology: Our garments are knit using a specialized covered yarn process, consisting of an inlay of Lycra® wrapped in soft Nylon filaments.
• 4-Way Stretch: This unique process creates a durable, comfortable garment with 4-way stretch, producing less binding and allowing for a greater range of unrestricted motion.
• 3D Seamless Knit: We pioneered the 3D seamless compression knit technique for our gauntlets and gloves. These handpieces are knit entirely in one piece directly on the machine, eliminating unsightly and uncomfortable seams. This provides greater hand freedom and unbound finger mobility for daily tasks.

• Exclusive Designs: We create all patterns specifically for our garments in-house based on your feedback. We never outsource our designs or buy mass-produced prints.

Sizing Made Easy

Whether you're new to compression or switching from a different brand to LympheDIVAs, the first step is determining your correct size for the best medical benefit.

• Measure for Success: There is no cross-over in sizing between different brands, so it is critical to measure your arm according to our size chart.
• Remeasure Regularly: We recommend remeasuring every 6 months, as minor fluctuations in arm measurements can occur, changing your required garment size and compression level.
