Compression Class

20-30 mmHg

Recommended for individuals managing minor edema, classified as Stage 1+. This compression type effectively manages swelling that can occur for various reasons, such as injury or surgery. By providing a moderate level of support, these garments can help improve blood circulation and reduce discomfort, assisting in the body’s healing process post-injury.

30-40 mmHg

Designed for individuals experiencing more severe edema, categorized as Stage 2+. This compression level is particularly beneficial for those with significant swelling, which may arise from chronic conditions, surgical recovery, or other medical issues. The firm support provided by heavy compression garments helps to effectively contain swelling and edema, thereby reducing the risk of complications and the likelihood of the condition worsening. These garments are often recommended for daily wear as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
